2.1 Response Times

We aim to attend emergency callouts within approximately 60 minutes of contact. This response time is a target and may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, location, and demand at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quotations provided are fixed-price and include labour unless otherwise stated. We do not charge call-out fees. Payment is required upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing prior to the service being carried out.

4. Guarantees & Warranties

Certain repair works are covered by a written guarantee of up to 10 years. This guarantee applies to workmanship only and does not extend to issues caused by misuse, external damage, recurring root growth, or interference by third parties.

5. Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled at no cost provided cancellation occurs before the assigned engineer has been dispatched or arrived at the property.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
